Return Eligibility and Conditions

  • Time Frame: Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition of Goods: Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused. Products that have been altered or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to complete your return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team at team@northernreloading.si to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will review your return request and, upon approval, provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send back your product.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the items in the original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that was originally provided. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package to ensure the return is processed smoothly.
  4. Send the Product Back: Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as Northern Reloading is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund if the item meets our return conditions. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges at Northern Reloading

If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the same process as outlined for returns. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product. This ensures that you receive the replacement item quickly and securely.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned due to safety and regulatory reasons. These include:

  • Opened or used primers and powders.
  • Custom orders.
  • Products sold as “final sale” or “as is”.
